Charming throwback vibes!

Stayed here for one night and loved the retro feel! The staff was super friendly, especially the guy at the front desk. Got good info on where to eat too. The room had everything we needed including a hot plate and dishes. Just wished the wifi was better in the room. worked only in the lobby.

We had an awesome time with friends exploring the Self Guided Audio Walking Tour around Hardy Street and checking out local eateries within walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the convenient location and the chance to cook some meals in our room!

The walls were pretty thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking late at night, which made it tough to sleep at times.

I loved the charming vintage decor that beautifully reflects old Hawai'i. The gardens were lovely and provided a peaceful, accessible spot for relaxation. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to several local eateries.

More accessible seating areas would be helpful.

Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and kitchen utensils. The staff even helped me find my forgotten headphones during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

I really enjoyed my stay with clean accommodations and the super friendly staff. It's a short stroll to Kalena Fish Market for fresh seafood and just under a 10-minute walk to the lovely Grove Farm where you can soak in the island's beauty. As someone who loves to walk around cities, the central proximity to these attractions made my weekend feel both relaxed and adventurous.

Comfortable room with kitchenette and free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed, which is a bummer.

The Kauai Palms vibe was pure aloha! We adored the tropical garden surroundings and chill atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helped us out with special requests—big shoutout to the lovely reception lady! Plus, the AC in our Deluxe Queen Room was a lifesaver against the Lihue heat.

Unfortunately, the AC was a bit of an older model, loud when it kicked on, and the parking was first come, first serve, which left us hunting for street parking on a busy weekend. It would’ve been nice to have more dining options around the hotel, too.

I'd certainly consider returning for the welcoming atmosphere and staff support, but I hope they can improve on the maintenance and amenities.

This was a good match for a couple of nights in Lihue with attractive and competitive value for money. The exhibit on Hawaiian history was impressive and added a unique touch to our stay. Bring earplugs for the mornings since the roosters can be loud!
